A blend of Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, and Aragonez grapes. This wine is fermented in stainless steel and then macerated for 21 days p ost-fermentation to bring out intensely velvety tannins and complex notes of blackberries and dark plums. Pair with braised short ribs.
