Tamarack Gin

A unique, flavourful small-batch gin, smooth on the palate with a warm finish Tamarack Gin is crafted in small batches at Rheault Distillery in Northern Ontario, using tamarack, balsam, white spruce, Labrador tea, and dune pepper from the Boreal Forest. It offers evergreen notes with undertones of spruce, citrus, and spice. The palate is smooth and clean, with a warm finish. Great in a dry martini!
