Zhi Jiu Black

Made out of Sorghum, aged 7 years, and blended with liquor aged 10 years or higher. Slightly light gold colour from the aging process. The overall taste is like a perfect blend of soy sauce, earth, fruit and mushroom with a smooth and long lasting finish.
