Handcrafted and made from the pomace of Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes, distilled in copper pots and aged in oak barrels. Amber in colour with a harmony of soft vanilla, cacao and spice aromas. The bouquet follows through to the palate with a long smooth finish. Enjoy pre-dinner or post-dinner with sharp cheeses.
