Dillon’s Absinthe

Created by macerating, vapour distilling, and finally, steeping in fresh wormwood, lemon balm and hyssop (grown at the distillery) with other natural ingredients. No artificial colours are added allowing this absinthe to truly open up with the addition of ice-cold water. Crisp and clean with notes of anise and grapefruit.
