The oldest amaro in Calabria The recipe for Amaro Silano, created in 1864, is the result of the skilful mixing of passion and secret. Today, after more than a century and a half, its production remains faithful to tradition and linked to the territory: a selection of aromatic herbs that, through a process of slow maceration, release their herbaceous and bittersweet flavor, creating an elixir of nuances reminiscent of the scents of the undergrowth of the Sila plateau.
