Choya 23 Ume Fruit Liqueur

Umeshu is a Japanese liqueur made from the ume fruit, a close relative of the apricot. Choya 23 has a golden amber colour and each bottle contains a selection of ume fruit, macerating inside. The liqueur has vibrant flavours of fresh lime, plum, dried apricots with subtle floral notes and a touch of sweetness.
