Hatozaki Pure Malt Whisky

This whisky is named after the Hatozaki lighthouse in Japan. It is light yellow and has lovely notes of dried fruit, sandalwood, honey, cereal grains, vanilla, and spice. The full-bodied and complex palate makes way for a long-lasting finish. Pair with seared duck breast over a bed of rice and seasonal vegetables.
