Solsongju is a light-bodied rice wine brewed with newly harvested rice, pine needles, pine shoots and pristine water from Jiri Mountain. Gentle pine and woody aromas lead to a dry and refreshing mouthfeel with flavours of mint and pine. Serve chilled or over ice in cocktails. It pairs well with steak and seafood.
