Taralas Blanc de Noir Organic 2018

This orange coloured wine is made with the signature red grapes Xinomavro in Naoussa. After pressing, the juice is left together with the red grape skin for a short period of skin contact to give the wine its colour, aromatic complexity and texture on palate. This white wine is absolutely a creative tribute to Xinomavro. It’s a perfect wine to drink on its own or pair with seafood, chicken, or pork.
