Reif Estate Vinea

Now this is something different from Reif, a small batch grape-based liqueur; it’s Brandy-fortified Cabernet Sauvignon (to 20% alcohol) and then secretly spiced – the result is something this side of really neat: raspberry-mint with an herbal edge and a spiced floral finish … I liked it straight but I’m sure you could incorporate this into a few Cocktails as well.
