Hidalgo Pastrana Manzanilla Pasada Sherry

Pastrana single-vineyard Manzanilla Pasada is produced using 100% Palomino grapes. It is dry and crisp, with distinct aromas of nuts, smoke, almond, quince and olive. The palate is medium to full-bodied, with bold and intense nutty flavours and a smoky finish. Serve as an aperitif or with olives, pates, nuts and consommés.
