Orleans Borbón Manzanilla Fina

Originally extracted from vines planted on albariza soil in 1973, this wine was extracted from cask in 2019 (the saca date on the bottle). It has the saltwater scent of fine Manzanilla, along with the chamomile flower note that gives the wine its name. Clean, with beautiful volume in the mouth, this lingers on lightly toasted almond flavors. Score – 92. (Joshua Greene, wineandspiritsmagazine.com, Aug. 2021)
