Konzelmann Vidal Icewine 2025

Konzelmann has been making wine in Niagara since the 1980s, and Icewine is one of its specialties. This one is decadent and sweet but still lively and bright, without a hint of cloying. It shows apple, pineapple, honey, mango and apricot, with a long finish. Sip with apple pie and vanilla ice cream, or savoury pastries with truffle butter.
