Made with 100% Merlot harvested by hand from a single vineyard, this wine spent 20 months in French oak before it was bottled unfined and unfiltered. It delivers complex notes of blackberry, blackcurrant, plum, smoked meat, chocolate and tobacco, with hints of licorice, graphite and dried herbs. Pair with fall stews.
