Black Bank Hill Syrah L’Hirondelle VQA

Syrah co-ferments with a small percentage of the white Viognier grape in this Ontario take on the classic Côte-Rôtie style. A bouquet of fruit aromas waft from the glass: strawberry, blackberry, plum and cassis, with hints of cocoa and dark chocolate. Richly perfumed with well-integrated tannins and concentrated fruit.
