Cases Del Bosque Botanic Series Pinot Noir 2023

The 2023 Pinot Noir Botanic Series, from Las Dichas, Casablanca, underwent fermentation with 40% whole clusters and was aged for eight months in concrete eggs and old oak casks. This ruby-red wine presents a spicy cinnamon character with a core of cherry and strawberry. Dry, light and faintly taut due to the stem tannins, it flows with a compact and lasting mouthfeel.
