Château Haut-Brisson 2025

The 2025 Haut-Brisson, a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, was vinified in barrels, with malolactic fermentation also carried out in barrel for the corresponding batches. It reveals aromas of dark berries, cassis and blackberry, with a hint of mocha emerging with aeration. Medium- to full-bodied, dense and powerful, it’s enveloping on the palate and built around a firm, structuring tannic frame that carries through to the finish. (Yohan Castaing,robertparker.com)
