Chombart & Speck Cave Mystère Merlot 2020

Here is a hodgepodge of red fruit. Ripe raspberries, red cherries and plums. Some cherry pie and sweet spices, too. A fruity but firm red with some chewy tannins and a hint of coffee in the finish. Fun to drink now. (jamessuckling.com,May 14, 2023)
