Dark amber hue. Magnificent nose encompassing stone fruit, iodine, spicy and smoky notes, hay, liquorice. Heady and robust on the palate, with complex, exotic flavours of great energy and persistence. The acidity is there, the focus too. Splendid. Score – 95. (gilbertgaillard.com, 2023)
