Domaine Raymond Usseglio & Fils Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2021

On the nose this Chateauneuf has so much energy plus damson plum fruit and excellent herbal freshness. I love the serious tannin structure even though it’s still slightly mouth-puckering. Long licorice, clove and allspice finish. A cuvee of 80% grenache with syrah, mourvedre, cinsault and counoise. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.
