Donnafugata Dea Vulcano 2022

This wine was aged for 16 months in a combination of cement tanks and French oak. It was then given a further 10 months in bottle before release. It offers red cherry, strawberry, sage, cinnamon, black pepper, and a gorgeous volcanic minerality. Ideal with salumi and mature cheeses.
