Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and vinified with wild yeast, this wine spent 10 months in oak barrels. It’s ripe and layered, with blackberry, cassis, cherry, mocha, sage and cedar, and finishes long. Drink through 2029 with grilled steak, roast beef, or fall stews.
