Flat Rock Unite VQA 2023

Unite is a blend of 73% Pinot Noir and 27% Chardonnay co-fermented over several days with plenty of hand-plunging to coax out the most flavour of the two varieties. The wine then spent eight months in neutral French oak. Pair with a seared fillet of salmon with herbs de Provence.
