Horizon de Bichot Pinot Noir 2022

Grapes for this wine were sourced from far and wide, stretching far beyond the Burgundian horizon. The result is a complex Pinot Noir showcasing flavours of Bing cherry and tart raspberry, with aromatic hints of potting soil on the nose. A great pairing for (and ingredient in) boeuf bourguignon.
