Lighthall South Shore Pinot Noir VQA

The estate vineyard grapes are hand harvested and fermented in concrete tanks; the wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Expect aromas of strawberry, red currant and candied cherry with notes of oak. Fruity on the palate with bittersweet chocolate, cinnamon spice and cedar. Pair with mushroom risotto.
