Paul Benoit Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2023

From limestone-based vineyards situated along the foot of Burgundian hillside slopes, this lively red was vinified and aged for 8-10 months in stainless steel. It delivers red and black berry fruit, peppery notes, leather and underbrush, with a supple finish. Drink through 2028 with grilled veggies, chicken pot pie or stuffed mushrooms.
