Pesquié Édition 1912m Ventoux 2023

The 2023 Ventoux Edition 1912M is a blend of 70% Grenache Noir, 20% Syrah and 10% Cinsault, matured exclusively in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity. It reveals aromas of wild strawberry, redcurrant, garrigue and crushed stone, with subtle hints of pepper and dried flowers. Medium-bodied and vibrant, the palate is built around a core of red-toned fruit, with fine tannins and bright acidity lending energy and lift. This is a pure, unadorned expression of Ventoux that will drink well on release and over the next four to six years. Drink date: 2025-2028. Score – 90.
