Provolo Valpolicella 2023

An organic-vegan wine, this is delicious a blend of corvina (60%), rondinella (20%), and molinara and corvinone (10% each), matured in stainless steel and concrete. Look for quite pungent, concentrated flavours of dark fruit and a lively, edgy seam of acidity. It has a generous texture and easy-going tannins.
