Roberto Voerzio Torriglione Barolo 2015

Dark fruit with mushrooms, tar, wet earth, licorice and dried flowers on the nose. Very complex. It’s full-bodied with chewy tannins and lots of orange peel and subtle hazelnuts. Flavorful finish. Very tight and reserved. Give it three to five years to show what it has. Try after 2024 and onwards. Score – 97. (jamessuckling.com, Aug. 4, 2020)
