SOPHENIA ALTOSUR ORGANIC CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2024

Another of Altosur’s excellent values for money. This one was in oak for four months, and that has given it a spicy and somewhat chocolatey tone, but it has not lost its fruitiness. Aromas and flavors of ripe red fruit in a body that is light, but with very firm tannins. A sure bet for a barbecue. (Patricio Tapia,2025)
