The interplay of subtle red-berry, candied-orange aromas and smoky character makes this a very appealing St.-Joseph. And this is reflected in the balance of healthy tannins and bright fruit on the palate. I love the vitality of the sleek, moderately dry finish. A cuvee of wines from many parts of the appellation.
