The Hedonist Shiraz 2022

This mainly hails from the biodynamic home vineyard in the Willunga foothills, though it is supplemented by sites across the Vale, and from a range of geologies, but all linked by organic certification. Hedonist by name… but the wines are never in a more-is-more hedonist timbre. Always about intensity, but also vibrancy and detail. Boysenberry, mulberry, wild raspberry, leather, spice cabinet, vanilla bean, olive, violet, nori and dusty white pepper. Such a charming thing. Such great value. Drink from: 2024. Drink by: 2032.
