This red blend comes from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes all sustainably farmed in Niagara-on-the-Lake and spent 12 months in oak. It’s aromatic and complex, with notes of currant, dark cherry, smoky oak, sweet spices, black tea and coffee bean. Drink through 2030 with beef, lamb, game, or 70% cocoa dark chocolate.
