Ripasso wines are fondly referred to as baby Amarone by some. Zenato’s baby is bigger and richer than most, with intense flavours of chocolate, mixed berry jam, cocoa, smoke and licorice. Pair it with risotto with gorgonzola, or grilled sausages and tomatoes.
