This blend of Grenache and Tempranillo is from an all-female team of Barcelona-based winemakers crafting some of the Mediterranean’s most exciting rosés. Their slogan says it all: ‘We don’t make wine, we make rosé.’ This one is fresh, buoyant and dry, with apple, strawberry, plum, and a subtle herbal undertone. Made to be fun and easy to enjoy, it will be a backyard barbecue staple.
