Château Correnson Tavel 2025

This robust, impressive Tavel is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Bourboulenc and Mourvèdre sourced from chalky clay soils covered with rolled pebbles that retain the daylight heat and release it at night, producing grapes of greater flavour intensity. It shows raspberry, blackcurrant, red fruit and lively acidity. A wine for food. Drink through 2028+.
