Domaine Queylus crafted their 2025 rosé from 100% Cabernet Franc, which they picked early to maximize bright natural acidity in a warm vintage. The resulting wine is lip-smackingly dry and bursting with white flowers, citrus peel and wild strawberry, with a lovely mineral undertone.
