Fielding Rosé VQA 2025

A blend of Gamay (78%) and Pinot Noir (22%). Each grape variety was picked with peak crispness and freshness in mind, and the wine was vinified in stainless steel with a short period of skin contact before pressing. After blending and bottling, this rosé is bright, crisp and elegant, with lively notions of raspberry, strawberry, tangerine and citrus.
