An exciting blend of 52% Cabernet Franc, 42% Gamay and 6% Pinot Noir. The saignée method was used to extract the Cab Franc from a red wine fermentation, while the Gamay and Pinot Noir underwent direct press. The result is a floral, bright, tangy wine with strawberry, pomegranate, wildberry, earth and mineral. Lithe, refreshing, and a perfect palate-refresher or sipper.
