A blend of estate and grower fruit sourced from Niagara vineyards, this wine is crafted from Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Gamay and Syrah. Deceptively easygoing at the outset with sneaky layers of complexity, the wine evokes fresh flowers, ripe melon, candied berries and a hint of tilled earth, with a luxuriously long finish. Pair with golden beet salad, crab cakes, or cod burgers.
