This Grand Cru sake highlights the intensity inherent in the fermentation of Yamadanishiki rice. Bold aromatics of melon, lemon, bit ter orange and herbs burst from the glass, while citrus, floral and koji flavours dominate the palate. Well-suited to food, this sake would pair well with tuna tartare or grilled seafood.
