Dasai 23 Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Yamada-Nishiki rice is polished to 23% of the original grain, resulting in a delicate and flavourful sake. Intense berry and citrus fruit with fresh melon, floral and mineral notes. Incredibly balanced with excellent depth of flavours and a silky-smooth finish. Serve chilled, paired with shellfish and seafood dishes.
