Made with 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice polished to 39% of the original rice grain. Aromas of fresh pineapple, ripe pear, mango and light notes of anise. Tropical fruit flavours are delicate and soft on the palate, with a clean and dry finish. Enjoy served chilled with grilled seafood and sashimi.
