Gold Junmai Dai-Ginjo

From Fukushima prefecture, Ninki-Ichi stays true to its nature of ‘only ginjo, only handmade’ with this old-school sake. The commitment to tradition includes the use of traditional tools and ancient barrels made of Japanese cedar (some surpassing 100 years old), leading to a beautiful, clean sake with notes of white peach, tarragon, melon, and slightly nutty aromas.
