Homare Karahashi Yumeno Kaori Junmai Ginjo Sake

This sake is made from Yumeno Kaori rice. The strain was developed in Fukushima, which is the only prefecture permitted to craft sake from it. The name means “dream incense”; a reference to its exceptional aromatic and flavour characteristics. It yields a fresh, smooth sake with notes of strawberry and melon. Serve chilled, or try it with grilled shrimp.
