This super premium Junmai Daiginjo is brewed with large-grain Yamada Nishiki rice polished down to 39% of its original size. It is naturally fermented and brewed without additives. The flavours are fruity and refreshing with elegant sweetness and lively acidity, finishing crisp and clean. Best served chilled.
