Made with Ginpu rice from Hokkaido polished to 50%, which is an intentional collaborative effort between the brewery (located in Sou thern Japan) and the rice growers. Elegantly dry with soft fruit and wild floral aromas. This Daigingo is versatile and food-friendly, enjoy chilled paired with grilled prawns and scallops.
