Otokoyama Daiginjo Sake

This Daiginjo sake is produced using rice polished to 40% from Hokkaido prefecture in northern Japan. Fragrant aromas greet you on the nose, with an elegant mouthfeel and fruity soft taste. It pairs well with Japanese cuisine as well as cheese and cured meats. Best served chilled.
