Shunka Shusetsu Echizen Junmai Ginjo Sake

Aromas are quite intense yet refined with rice custard, raisin, caraway and dried flowers. It is medium weight, off dry, quite rich yet elegant with a cushioned mouthfeel, some heat (15%) and pleasant bitterness. The length is excellent. Tasted February 2025. (David Lawrason,winealign.com)
