Shunka Shusetsu Echizen Junmai Ginjo Sake

… Aromas are quite intense yet refined with rice custard, raisin, caraway and dried flowers. It is medium weight, off dry, quite rich yet elegant with a cushioned mouthfeel, some heat (15%) and pleasant bitterness. The length is excellent. Tasted February 2025. Score – 93.
